Ms. Evelyn Huang is the attorney at the Law Offices of Sabrina Li. She is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and in the states of California and New York. With more than a decade in the immigration sector, Ms. Huang has an extensive understanding of U.S. immigration laws. She has turned a complex and confusing immigration process into a manageable journey for her clients. She has successfully handled thousands of cases covering a broad spectrum of immigration matters, including but not limited to business immigration, investor programs, family-based immigration, naturalization, asylum, deportation and removal proceedings, and immigration appeals.

Ms. Huang provides innovative immigration strategies to individual and corporate clients across all industries and the globe. She is highly skilled in handling employment-based and business immigration matters. She has assisted clients such as executives and managers, researchers, and other specialized technical employees in obtaining temporary employment visas and permanent residence status.

She has represented and filed hundreds of EB-5 investors applications including both regional center cases and direct investments. Besides regular filing, she has assisted investors to rebut U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ (USCIS’) Request for Evidence and Notice of Intent to Deny and successfully reversed adjudicating agency’s denial after filing Motion to Reconsider.

Before joining the Law Offices of Sabrina Li, Ms. Huang worked for a distinguished immigration firm in Los Angeles, focusing on EB-5 investor program and immigration appeals. After leaving the firm, she continued to work on a contract basis to represent investors in regional center affiliated EB-5 cases for a few years. Thereafter, she joined another reputable immigration firm in Los Angeles, where she worked on a variety of business immigration matters. She served as Of Counsel for a boutique IP firm providing general consultations to the firm’s corporate and individual clients’ immigration-related inquiries.

Throughout her professional career, Ms. Huang has been recognized for her dedication and personalized commitment to each case, and has a proven track record of accomplishing her clients’ goals. Ms. Huang is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Taiwanese.
