As a first-generation American of Mexican heritage, Elizabeth brings a unique perspective to her practice, understanding the challenges faced by immigrants seeking a better life in the United States.

Before becoming an attorney, Elizabeth worked as a paralegal at a full-service immigration law firm for five years. During this time, she gained invaluable experience and developed a deep understanding of the ins and outs and complexities of immigration law.

Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor degree from Texas A&M School of Law, where she joined in law clinics and was a member of the law school’s Property Journal. Throughout her legal education, she focused her studies on immigration law, taking every opportunity to deepen her understanding of the intricacies of the field. Elizabeth's academic achievements and unwavering dedication to her clients' cases earned her recognition from her professors and peers alike.

As an immigration attorney, Elizabeth is known for her compassionate approach and tireless advocacy. She is licensed by the State of Texas and has also become licensed in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Texas Northern District Court, and the Texas Southern District Court.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Elizabeth is able to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that language barriers do not hinder their access to competent representation. She is also actively involved in various organizations, including the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
