My family member got a green card or citizenship through me. Could they be affected if I were denaturalized?
No items found.

Possibly, but narrowly. Under INA § 340(d), a person who derived citizenship through a parent or spouse loses it only if that relative was denaturalized for concealment or willful misrepresentation. An approved petition is not automatically void, and each affected person keeps the right to an individualized determination.
