Electronic filings do not receive a next-business-day extension simply because the deadline falls on a weekend or federal holiday. USCIS considers the filing received when it is submitted electronically.

Do not assume that a Saturday or Sunday deadline becomes Monday. Confirm the actual deadline and submit early whenever possible.
