Cancellation Policy & Procedures

Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments, or appointments canceled without 24 hours’ notice, will incur the full consultation fee.

逾期取消或缺席

如果在预约时间的24小时前取消预约，则视为逾期取消。缺席是指客户在没有事先通知的情况下未在会议时间的15分钟内出席。无论哪种情况，客户都将承担全额咨询费。如果客户与律师会面迟到，请联系(626) 800-4820进行沟通。律师将等待最多15分钟，之后预约将自动取消。如果客户在15分钟内到达，会议将按计划开始。但延误的总时间将从30分钟的咨询津贴中扣除。

首次咨询（潜在客户）

如果律师要求支付咨询咨询费用，则需在预订时支付指定金额。假如客户在预约时间的提前24小时以上取消咨询，不收取任何费用。但是，如果在24小时内通知取消，则需支付全额咨询费。如果客户希望在24小时窗口之前或期间取消初步咨询，请使用当时预约的邮箱在周一至周五(太平洋标准时间09:00 AM - 05:00 PM PST，公众假期除外)联系info@sabrinali.law。

后续预约（现有客户）

在聘请李想律师事务所处理案件后，任何后续会议都将由法律团队直接处理。有关后续会议的任何取消政策，请咨询律师。

取消或重新安排预约（法律团队）

如果律师或法律团队提出重新安排或取消首次咨询或后续会议的请求，则不会受到处罚或收费。

Refund Processing

If you cancel your appointment before the 24-hour window, or if the attorney requests cancellation, you are eligible for a refund of the consultation fee. The full amount will be issued back to the client’s original payment form. Please refer to the following examples:

Card payment

If the payment was originally made via credit/debit card, it will be refunded back to the card. Unless you are paying for a consultation fee that costs less than $500.00, there is a 5% processing fee for using a credit or debit card.
