Nashwa Ghoniem is a Paralegal at the Law Offices of Sabrina Li, bringing over 5 years of extensive experience in the fields of family immigration and business immigration. She is passionate about helping people and reuniting families. Fluent in English and Arabic, Nashwa's language skills allow her to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients.

Her journey in immigration law began at the International Rescue Committee (IRC), where she assisted refugees with their immigration paperwork as an intern. She then joined a family immigration law firm, gaining expertise in affirmative and defensive family cases.

Nashwa's career progressed when she joined a larger firm dealing primarily with criminal cases and helped establish their immigration department, playing a crucial role in training new hires. During this time, she gained extensive experience with I-130 petitions, Adjustment of Status (AOS), fiancé(e) petitions, VAWA petitions, misrepresentation and inadmissibility waivers, and asylum cases.

For the past two years, she has focused on business immigration at a corporate law firm, handling H-1B, H-1B1, L-1 Individual and Blanket, I-140s, TN, and AOS cases, among others. Nashwa has worked through three CAP seasons and recently expanded her expertise to more advanced cases, such as National Interest Waivers (NIW) and EB-1 petitions.
