If your application requires submitting original documents, we will directly submit them to the corresponding agency. However, unless a prior agreement is in place, our office does not take responsibility for storing your original documents. After scanning or making a copy, we will return the originals to you. Please ensure to retrieve your original document once we have completed the scanning or copying process.
